Guided Practices

Our relationship with embodied meditation – our relationship with life itself – deepens with the development of a regular home practice. In establishing such a practice, many find guided audio a supportive resource.

This recording presents a basic embodiment practice. The main intention here is to gently orient our often wandering attention to the immediacy of the body – to simply find the body. This track runs ten minutes in length, with encouragement to continue if you are so inspired.

Building upon the practice of Finding the Body, this recording develops our capacity to enter and inhabit the body – to begin to rest in and welcome our experience of embodiment. This track runs ten minutes in length, with encouragement to continue if you are so inspired.

Bringing the practice of Inhabiting the Body to the heart-centre, we begin to open this area of the body. In doing so, we let the heart’s tender, spaciousness welcome the world. This track runs twenty minutes in length, with encouragement to continue if you are so inspired.
